Carefully place the jewellery in its original branded box and secure it within a protective shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Our Studio
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team receives and inspects the item for its original condition, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
