How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders. International shipping times vary by location but generally range from 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every Anma Jewellery purchase comes with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or natural wear and tear.
Are your products hypoallergenic?
Yes, all our jewellery is nickel-free and lead-free, making them safe and comfortable for those with sensitive skin.
